Two things worth knowing
Ask for sauce on the side
On a big tray, wings that are sauced in the kitchen sit and soften on the drive. Take the sauce in a container and toss it right before you serve, and they stay crisp.
Sauce count is per tray
Up to 5 from the wall of 100+, so a full tray can cover a room that cannot agree on anything. Browse all of them here.
Book a tray
Call with your date, your headcount and your sauces and we will sort it out. Larger orders need a heads up, so call early rather than the morning of.
